What AskAmin is

AskAmin is an AI-powered, passive directory of UK Shariah-compliant finance providers. It is general information, not financial advice, and we are not a credit broker. We do not arrange or introduce finance — every provider link opens the provider’s own website, where you deal with them directly.

What we collect

Anonymised usage logs (no names, no contact details). Your IP address is used only for rate limiting and is not linked to an identity.

What we do NOT collect

We do not collect user accounts. We do not capture your email, phone or any contact details. We do not pass, share, sell or store your personal details with any provider, and we do not track you across sites.

The eligibility self-assessment

The eligibility check is a deterministic, rules-basedself-assessment against each provider’s published criteria. It is not a decision about you, not an introduction, and never a guarantee of acceptance — the provider makes its own decisions on its own site.

AI processing

Where AI is used to explain concepts, messages are processed under a zero-data-retention agreement. The model is not used to decide your eligibility and does not retain or train on your messages.
